Strength and Conditioning

1-on-1 Baseball Hitting

1-on-1 Arm Strength

The focus of these sessions is obviously on developing arm strength, but instructors will also work to develop arm health and improve the arm action. Each session will consistent of a warm up and:
-drill work to improve the arm action
-long toss to increase arm strength
-use of weighted balls
-a series of arm strengthening exercises for performance and injury prevention
Players will be challenged with movement drills to incorporate their footwork into their throwing mechanics.

1-on-1 Defense

1-on-1 Baseball Pitching

Pitching sessions will first focus on developing a consistent arm action and increasing arm strength. Our instructors will then shift the focus to:
-Refining the delivery & mechanics
-Drill work to improve athleticism on the mound
-Increased power production
-Expansion and development of pitch repertoire
Pitchers will use a mix of flatgrounds and mound work as they progressively increase their work load (pitch count).

Small Group Sessions

Softball Small Group Hitting

1 hr··$35

Hitters can sign up for one session at a time in small groups. This small group set up will allow hitters to work specifically on the areas they need to develop as the season progresses. Coaches will be able to implement drills on an individual basis. We will also focus on preparing hitters for live at bats by challenging their approach in a variety of situations. More time will be devoted to hitting off speed pitches and developing an approach in all counts.

Incredible! Some of the skills and drills I am getting has helped me grow into a much better batter. My improvement is amazing. Troy is amazing and so positive in helping me to get power out of my hits. He is soooo funny too which makes it such a fun time.

My son had a 1 on 1 hitting session with Isaac. He said he really liked the analogies that Isaac used, as most coaches use baseball terminology to teach. Isaac made it easy to understand instructions given. My son was definitely hesitant going in and didn’t think it would help, but when he was finished he asked me to book another session with Isaac. Isaac was absolutely fantastic, and I felt like their personalities were similar which made it easier for my son.
